Mistra Indigo climate policy forum in San Francisco: What is the value of being first?

Mistra Indigo, RFF and the ClimateWorks Foundation are pleased to announce a joint climate policy forum bringing perspectives from California and Sweden in what promises to be an interesting and informative discussion of climate policy.

California and Sweden are in a very small group of front runner countries and states on issues of climate policy. As such, Resources for the Future, the Swedish Mistra Indigo program, and the ClimateWorks Foundation are pleased to announce a special conference that aims to deconstruct the California and Swedish experiences in forging new ground toward climate change mitigation and state and national climate policy decisions.

Featuring leaders from the public, private, NGO, and research communities, this unique and timely program will address pathways for climate progress in the current political landscape, issues of industry and state competitiveness, and opportunities for climate gains through action in the transportation arena.

The seminar is to be held at Hyatt Regency, San Francisco, on May 7 8.30 a-m-3.30 p.m.
